It may be the case that you want to reconsider your purchase decision. After purchasing an item in our webshop, you have the option to cancel the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. In practice, this means that after receiving your item, you still have 14 days to cancel the agreement. You do not need to provide a reason for this. You have 14 days to return the product. However, it is very important that you return the item and all delivered accessories – if reasonably possible – in the original condition, unopened, and undamaged in the original packaging. If this is not the case, we will charge you for the costs.

However, for business orders, there is no right of withdrawal for the ordered items. Nevertheless, we strive to explore the possibility of accepting products for return as a gesture of goodwill. We will make a credit proposal based on "restocking fees." These fees vary depending on the product's turnover speed and other costs that must be incurred to make the product resellable.

Once the return in good order is received, the order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the account number you provided within 14 days. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

If you want to return the item because it was damaged and/or defective upon receipt, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible.

Items purchased via Zoef Robot can be exchanged and/or returned without giving a reason. We kindly ask you to follow the instructions below when returning the item:

  • Fill out the online return form here completely.
  • Return the item within 14 days to the address specified on the return form.
  • The return shipping costs are at your expense. We have taken care of the shipping costs to you.
  • You must return the item – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, undamaged.
  • The item is complete and shows no signs of use.
  • This includes all accessories and any additional items that were provided.
  • You must include your proof of purchase (invoice).
  • You may only try out the item under the condition that no user marks and/or damage occur.
  • If there is a decrease in value due to damage, this depreciation may be charged to you as the consumer.
  • The customer is responsible for sending the items to be returned at their own expense. These should always be sufficiently stamped, as insufficiently stamped return shipments will NOT be accepted and therefore will NOT be credited.
